You must register for an account to access our services. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
VPNTK provides static residential IP addresses for professional use. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the services for your business purposes, primarily for social media operations. We do not condone any illegal use of our services.
You are strictly prohibited from using the service for any of the following activities:
- Any form of illegal activity, including but not limited to spamming, hacking, phishing, or distributing malware.
- Torrenting or any peer-to-peer file sharing.
- Accessing or distributing illegal content.
- Any activity that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
- Any activity that overloads or disrupts our network or the networks of our providers.
Violation of these terms will result in immediate account termination without a refund.
All payments are due in advance. Services are billed on a subscription basis (e.g., 7-day, 30-day, 90-day). You can renew your service at any time from your user dashboard. Due to the nature of our service and the costs involved in IP allocation, we generally do not offer refunds. Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis only in the event of a documented technical failure on our part that we are unable to resolve.
We strive to maintain a 99.9% service uptime. However, we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance. In the event of a service disruption, we will work to restore service as quickly as possible.
In no event will VPNTK, its directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the site or the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
